Our very first design, the French wine puzzle highlights the country’s key wine-producing regions, main grape varieties, and star appellations. The beautiful hand-drawn map of France was carefully curated by our very own favourite sommelier and we have also included grape profiles describing aromas, key characteristics, and food pairing tips! Illustrated by hand, our team attentively reviewed every detail with the help of some of the top sommeliers in the world.
Artful and informative, it is so much more than a puzzle: you will learn one thing or two about wine, of course, but also about French geography, as you start playing your way into the world of wine.
For every item sold we will plant one tree and make a donation to improve global access to safe drinking water. We want to make puzzles you can feel good about.

The puzzle is very interesting… lots of learning while building it.
It was a lot of fun for the adults and kids as well.
Adults focused on wine regions, kids of geography. Besides France, the puzzle also displays the neighbour countries (Italy, Spain, UK, Netherlands etc.)
The texture of the puzzle is incredibly soft (feels like textile).
Some of the elements are “splitting” on the edges- which was not very nice. Once we had the puzzle done, we went through with glue on affected elements and it looks great.
Overall, great experience, wonderful design of the puzzle, needs small improvement in quality control.

It was for a gift. It is lovely. However, because it was shipped to Canada, i not only paid shipping fees (which the website told me), I then had to pay for import fees. This was unexpected cost that the company should make the customer aware of.
I did contact the company directly, the customer service was super friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the item had been shipped and we couldn't reverse the service and place an order at a local store.

We completed the France puzzle a few weeks ago. When we were "done," there were 2 pieces missing! We were very disappointed, to say the least. We contacted Water & Wines; but understandably, there is literally no way to send only the 2 pieces. We were prepared to be further disappointed, but then we were offered another puzzle at no charge. Within 3 weeks (accounting for delivery time) we had another puzzle. We still have to locate the missing pieces (and hope they fit), but even if we have to put together another one, it will provide even more enjoyment. Thanks!

I really love this puzzle and everything included! I was surprised to find the poster inside as well! The idea with the description of grape varieties as well as a food pairing is perfect, I wish for only a larger amount of wine types in this memo.
Also, I really would be happy to have the same type of puzzle but with wines from Georgia (country), and I think it is really a missing piece in your beautiful collection of puzzles. Please consider creating this map and I promise I will be the first person in a queue to buy it! :)

A fun and learning experience for wine lovers. This 1000 piece puzzle of the wine regions of France will keep you challenged. There are several areas that produce Rose wine for example, or make wine from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The labels for these areas help add to the challenge of finding out where they belong on the puzzle. The oceans are the hardest part, so save them to the last. Do the edges and land first!

This is the most luxurious puzzle I've ever seen, which is an odd thing to say about a puzzle. The finish of the puzzle is velvety, which feels so nice, but has the added value of not having a glare/reflection from ambient light so you can always see the image on the pieces. The poster that comes with the puzzle is the EXACT size of the puzzle so you can build the puzzle right on the poster - it's cheating, but I don't care, I enjoyed this process. The art work is also very lovely.
